Every Vora Aegis is covered by a 2-year limited hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a covered fault occurs, we'll repair or replace your device at no charge, and because your data lives in encrypted backups under keys you hold, a hardware swap never means losing your digital life. The warranty covers the appliance and built-in components under normal use; it does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or wear to the optional add-on drive beyond its own coverage. This warranty sits alongside, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights. Optional extended coverage is available for customers who want longer protection.
