Reservations

A reservation is not an order. The deposit you pay holds your place in line and locks your price. It is credited in full toward your Aegis when you confirm your order, and it is not a fee on top of the price.

Cancelling a reservation

You can cancel your reservation and get your deposit back in full, at any time before your unit ships, for any reason or none. Email support@vora.io from the address you reserved with and we refund to the original payment method.

Orders

When sales open we email you to confirm your order and pay the balance. Once your unit ships, the return terms in the reservation terms apply, together with your statutory rights.

European Union and United Kingdom

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have an unconditional right to return the device for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, with no reason required. No policy of ours waives that right.

Everywhere we sell

Our warranty and return terms sit on top of your statutory consumer rights, never in place of them.
